DMCA / Copyright Policy

MayGame respects the intellectual property of others. Here is how to submit a takedown notice if you believe your work has been used without permission.

Last updated: September 17, 2026

MayGame ("we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable laws, we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement occurring on maygame.online.

1. How Games Are Sourced

The games available on MayGame are embedded from third-party game distribution networks and game developers. We do not host, store, or alter the underlying game files ourselves. Game content - including code, art, audio, and trademarks - belongs to the respective developers and publishers. When a player starts a game on MayGame, the game is loaded directly from the third-party source.

If you are a game developer or publisher and you would like your game removed from our catalog, the fastest path is to request removal from the original distribution network. Because we do not host the underlying files, removal from the source will automatically remove it from MayGame.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material on MayGame infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a written takedown notice to our designated copyright agent. The notice must include the following information in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

3. Where to Send the Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent:

MayGame Copyright Agent
Email: dmca@maygame.online

We aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and to take action on valid notices within 5 business days.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). The counter-notification must include:

Send counter-notifications to dmca@maygame.online.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our internal policies, we may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. False Claims

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please make sure you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf before filing a notice.
